Have you ever wanted to take the kids camping but not sure how they will do or how to get started? Then Community Campout is the perfect event for your family! Join us Friday, Sept.11- Sat Sept 12 for the 4th Annual Community Campout, an overnight camping adventure on the Jones Center campus. The event includes campfire cooking, lots of activities for the kids, live music, a cozy late-night movie, and sunrise yoga. Jones Center staff will be there to assist you to make your experience enjoyable.
Celebrate the end of the summer with a night under the stars! This year’s campers get an added bonus. Sign up for a family campsite and you’ll leave with a brand-new, free tent courtesy of our generous sponsors at Newell Brands (while inventory is available). To make your campsite homey, bring your own lawn chairs, bedding, flashlights, snacks, games, etc. Register now. We’ll meet you in the great outdoors!

WHO: All ages; 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
WHERE: North Community Park at Jones Center
COST: $50 public/$40 member per campsite
DEADLINE TO REGISTER: September 9, 2026.
DETAILS: Campsites accommodate up to 6 people. You can choose a tent size when registering, while inventory is available.
Options are 2-person, 4-person or 6-person. You can also bring your own if you prefer!
